How Does It Work?

  • Step 1: Submit Your Interest
    A quick form lets us know about your organization’s mission, needs, and volunteer opportunities. You choose how many students you’d like to host and the timeframe that works for you.

  • Step 2: Onboarding & Matchmaking
    Our team will schedule a 20-minute onboarding call to walk you through the program and expectations. From there, we’ll match you with students based on their interests and your organization’s focus.

  • Step 3: Student Engagement Begins
    Volunteers will be introduced to your team and begin service hours. You’ll receive a simple log template for tracking, and we’ll check in to support you, the nonprofit, and the student.

  • Step 4: Ongoing Support
    We’re available to answer questions, troubleshoot concerns, and celebrate wins! You’ll be invited to participate in our quarterly partner spotlights where we share your impact with our community.

    Nonprofits just starting their mission, lighting the spark

    Qualifications:

    • Operating under 2 years

    • Annual budget under $50,000

    • Limited staff or volunteer infrastructure

    • Eager to grow but needs more visibility and support

    What ETA Provides:

    • 5-10 digital student volunteers

    • Access to student-led fundraising campaigns

    • Social media shout-outs

    • Digital Badge: “ETA Emerging Partner”

  • Cultivators

    Organizations in the process of growing, mentoring, and building their roots

    Qualifications:

    • Established 2+ years

    • Annual budget between $50K–$250K

    • Organization has at least one staff member or a consistent volunteer base

    • Active social media or digital presence

    • Committed to mentoring students and increasing youth impact

    What ETA Provides:

    • 5-10 digital volunteers

    • Custom fundraising campaign support

    • Event marketing support

    • Digital Badge: “ETA Builder Partner”

    • Invitation to our annual awards night or youth summit

  • Legacy Builders

    Established nonprofit that invest in long-term youth leadership

    Qualifications:

    • Established 3+ years

    • Annual budget over $250K

    • Strong infrastructure and donor base

    • Aligned with ETA’s values of youth empowerment & equity

    • 5+ digital volunteers
