How ETA Works
Two simple views: your ETA Flight Plan and the Give→to→Give loop that powers scholarships and nonprofits.
-
1
Sign Up
Create your ETA profile. This starts your Estimated Time of Arrival plan.
-
2
Choose Your Path
Initiator • Igniter • Innovator • Inspirer — pick the path that fits how you like to learn and lead.
-
3
Get Your Portal
Your personal dashboard shows points, badges, training modules, and your scholarship ETA.
-
4
Monthly Nonprofit Match
You’re assigned to support a local nonprofit for ~1 month at a time (fundraising + service).
-
5
Earn Points & Badges
Impact points (fundraising) • Service points (hours) • Marketing points from real work like digital marketing, promotions, and event fundraising. Training modules and optional certifications can earn bonus points. All points add up toward scholarships.
-
6
Scholarships & Opportunities
Hit tier goals to unlock scholarships, recommendation letters, internships, and recognition. Training & certifications boost readiness (and sometimes bonus points).
Give→to→Give (the engine)
- 1) Student signs up → gets a path and portal.
- 2) Nonprofit match → student helps with fundraising, service, and digital marketing.
- 3) Community impact → nonprofits gain resources & visibility.
- 4) Scholarships & opportunities → points convert into scholarship tiers, letters, internships; training & certifications strengthen the resume.
Then it loops: students grow → nonprofits grow → the community benefits — repeat.
