1) Watch this 2–3 minute welcome video. 2) Review & sign your required documents. 3) Submit your enrollment. 4) (Optional) Explore the Student Paths. 5) Access your Portal once approved.

How to Get Started

1) Watch the Welcome Video. Get the big picture in under 3 minutes.

2) Read the Student Handbook & sign required docs. Expectations, safety, communication, and how referrals work.

3) Complete your Enrollment Form. You’ll receive your Student ID and unique referral link/QR after submission.

4) Access your Student Portal (sent by email). We’ll email your Portal link within 24 hours of approval.

5) Choose your Path & start this month’s Community Impact. Pick Inspire (College), Igniter (Entrepreneurship), Implementer (Vocational), or Initiator (Workforce), then complete the first Community Impact task.

Your First Assignment

Begin with Community Outreach 101. Talk to family, friends, neighbors, church members, or teammates. We’re focusing on IEHP members first. Use your referral link or QR code to connect families to ETA.
