At Empowered To Achieve, we believe young people are not just the future, but they are the problem-solvers, change-makers, and community builders of today and the promise of tomorrow.

Our mission is to transform community service into guaranteed scholarship opportunities while empowering youth to identify challenges, take action, and build solutions within their own communities. We partner with grassroot heroes and emerging nonprofit organizations to create meaningful service experiences that strengthen communities and develop the next generation of leaders.

Through our service-to-scholarship model, students earn scholarships by giving their time, talents, and creativity in service. There are no selection committees or waiting lists. Instead, we have created a clear, accountable path where service leads to opportunity.

As students grow, they are encouraged not only to serve existing organizations, but also to develop and lead their own community initiatives, social impact projects, and nonprofit ideas. Empowered To Achieve supports through mentorship, structure, and collective action. Together, students form a connected community of changemakers working across cities and regions to address real social issues.

Whether a student is pursuing college, trade school, entrepreneurship, or the workforce, Empowered To Achieve provides purpose, leadership development, and a launchpad for lifelong achievement.

Our Story

Empowered To Achieve began with a simple but urgent truth: not every student has the same access to opportunity, but every student has something to give.

Born from a kitchen-table vision and fueled by lived experience, ETA was created to bridge the gap between service and scholarship. We saw students with passion and promise, but no clear path forward. We saw nonprofits in need of help, but no steady stream of youth support. So we built the bridge.

We launched this initiative to honor hard work, recognize character, and reward contributions. From our earliest pilot partnerships to our expanding reach across communities, one thing has remained the same: our belief that when young people are empowered to give back, they begin to unlock the life they were born to lead.
