Our Mission
At Empowered To Achieve, we believe that purpose has the power to unlock possibility.

We are on a mission to help middle and high school students transform their time, talents, and hearts into tangible scholarship opportunities, one act of service at a time. Our program is built on a simple yet profound model: when students give back to their communities, they invest in their future.

We partner with nonprofit organizations to create real-world volunteer experiences that not only serve the community, but also shape the student. As hours are logged, scholarships are earned, guaranteed! There’s no guessing, no waiting on selection committees just a clear path paved by passion, service, and dedication.

Whether a student is bound for college, trade school, entrepreneurship, or the workforce, Empowered To Achieve provides a foundation of purpose and a launching pad toward success.

Because we know that when young people are empowered to serve, they are also empowered to lead, to grow, and to achieve!

Our Story

Empowered To Achieve began with a simple but urgent truth: not every student has the same access to opportunity, but every student has something to give.

Born from a kitchen-table vision and fueled by lived experience, ETA was created to bridge the gap between service and scholarship. We saw students with passion and promise, but no clear path forward. We saw nonprofits in need of help, but no steady stream of youth support. So we built the bridge.

We launched this initiative to honor hard work, recognize character, and reward contributions. From our earliest pilot partnerships to our expanding reach across communities, one thing has remained the same: our belief that when young people are empowered to give back, they begin to unlock the life they were born to lead.

This is more than a program. It’s a movement and you’re invited to be part of it!
