Our Mission
Empowered To Achieve (ETA) is a youth-led nonprofit that empowers underestimated youth by connecting them with meaningful opportunities to serve, lead, and create lasting community impact.
We believe every young person has the potential to become a leader, yet many lack access to meaningful service experiences, mentorship, educational opportunities, and pathways that help them build their future. At the same time, many grassroots nonprofits and community organizations struggle to engage the next generation of changemakers.
Through our innovative Service-to-Opportunity Model, ETA bridges that gap by connecting students with community service, leadership development, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and service-based scholarship opportunities. As students contribute their time, talents, and creativity, they gain real-world experience, strengthen their communities, and build a foundation for lifelong success.

We see communities where youth are valued as leaders today, not someday. Through service, leadership, entrepreneurship, and collaboration, we envision a growing network of young changemakers who strengthen existing nonprofits, launch new community initiatives, inspire civic engagement, and create lasting solutions to local challenges that they face everyday.

ETA’s Story
Empowered To Achieve began with a simple but urgent truth: not every student has the same access to opportunity, but every student has something to give.
Born from a kitchen-table vision and fueled by lived experience, ETA was created to bridge the gap between service and scholarship. We saw students with passion and promise, but no clear path forward. We saw nonprofits in need of help, but no steady stream of youth support. So we built the bridge.
We launched this initiative to honor hard work, recognize character, and reward contributions. From our earliest pilot partnerships to our expanding reach across communities, one thing has remained the same: our belief that when young people are empowered to give back, they begin to unlock the life they were born to lead.
