Empowered To Achieve (ETA) is a youth-led organization that focuses on the development of youth and their future post-graduation.

Empowered To Achieve (ETA), ignites youth to choose a path for their future, commit to serving their local community through nonprofit partnerships with ETA.

Our youth engage in impactful missions that not only changes the outcome of society but also breakdown barriers that keep youth from reaching their full potential.

ETA youth development includes students gaining skills in leadership, financial literacy, community engagement, entrepreneurship and self-reliance and empowerment.

Scholarship Creators™ is a youth empowerment program that helps students build and earn funding for their chosen path after high school — college, trade, entrepreneurship, workforce, or military — through structured fundraising, community sponsorship, and service.

Students do not compete for scholarships.

They build them.
