Danitra Jackson is the co-founder and CEO of Empowered to Achieve, the visionary behind a grassroots movement transforming youth service into scholarship opportunities. With a bachelor’s degree in social work and ongoing graduate studies toward her master’s, Danitra blends academic training with lived experience to build systems that uplift, empower, and endure.

Her journey began as a mother driven to open doors for her children and expanded into a calling to build a platform for all youth to lead, serve, and succeed. From mentoring families to designing nonprofit partnerships, Danitra brings structure, creativity, and heart to every initiative.

She leads Empowered to Achieve with the belief that students don’t need to wait to make a difference; they are the difference!

Her mission is rooted in the idea that when we invest in our youth, we invest in the future of our communities.
