Donavan Jackson is the co-founder and COO of Empowered to Achieve. A current high school student with a passion for engineering, business, and creative problem-solving. Donovan doesn’t just support people—he energizes them, reminding them of their worth and potential. Donavan brings both innovation and empathy to the work he does every day.

From the early age of six, Donavan showed a deep instinct to help others, whether supporting classmates, volunteering alongside his family, or offering his ideas to improve how things worked. That natural drive to serve became the spark behind Empowered to Achieve’s founding. What began as a small family project quickly grew into a youth-led movement, and Donavan’s fingerprints are all over it.

Now serving as Director of Media and Marketing, Donavan leads ETA’s digital outreach, content development, and student engagement efforts. He is currently pursuing college-level courses and preparing for certifications in information technology and artificial intelligence. Though young in age, Donavan is wise in mission: he understands that when students lead with heart, they create a lasting impact.
