Nonprofit & Partner Portal Policy
1. Purpose
The Empowered To Achieve (ETA) Nonprofit & Partner Portal provides approved partner organizations with secure access to student service records, volunteer hours, scholarship milestones, and reporting tools. This policy ensures that portal use supports collaboration while protecting student privacy.
2. Access and Eligibility
Portal access is limited to organizations or representatives that have an active partnership agreement with ETA.
Each partner will receive unique login credentials assigned by ETA.
Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized access or misuse will result in immediate suspension of access.
3. Data Privacy and Security
The Partner Portal contains student and organizational data protected under applicable privacy regulations.
ETA will not sell or disclose student information except as required by law or as necessary to administer programs.
All partner activity within the portal may be logged and monitored to ensure compliance.
4. Acceptable Use
Partners may view and download only the information necessary to fulfill their partnership role.
Copying, redistributing, or sharing portal data outside of the authorized organization is prohibited.
Partners must not attempt to alter student records or interfere with portal functions.
5. Partner Responsibilities
Protect login credentials and immediately report any suspected breach to ETA.
Use portal information solely for the purposes outlined in the partnership agreement.
Ensure that any staff accessing the portal are trained on confidentiality requirements.
6. ETA Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and secure portal records.
Restrict partner access to only the data necessary for their role.
Provide technical support and compliance oversight.
7. Agreement
By accessing the Nonprofit & Partner Portal, your organization acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to comply with this policy.
