This plain‑English Privacy Notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. It is not legal advice—please have counsel review before publishing.

1) Who we are

Empower2Achieve (“we,” “us”) operates the website and member portals (Student, Parent/Guardian, Nonprofit Partner) (collectively, the “Services”).

2) What we collect

We collect information you provide (identity/contact, program data, activity data, preferences), information we collect automatically (technical and usage data, cookies), and information from others (schools/partners, service providers).

3) How we use information

Operate the program and Services, communicate about training/events, verify activity, improve the Services, comply with law, and protect safety.

4) When we share information

With service providers under contract; with program partners as permitted; with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information and do not allow targeted advertising to students on our portals.

5) Children & students

Parent/guardian consent is required for minors where applicable. Under COPPA, we obtain verifiable parental consent for children under 13 or work through parents. If FERPA applies, we act as a school official/service provider and use data only to provide the program.

6) Cookies & similar technologies

We use necessary and analytics cookies. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.

7) Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or limits on use. Parents/guardians may exercise rights for minors. California users may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising by contacting us.

8) Data security

We use reasonable safeguards. No system is 100% secure; report issues to our privacy contact.

9) Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the program and legal/reporting requirements, then delete or de‑identify it where appropriate.
