Spin-to-Give — Official Rules

• Purpose: This is a themed donation tool for Empowered To Achieve (ETA). It’s not gambling—there are no prizes, only the joy of giving.

• Eligibility: Anyone 18+ (or with a parent/guardian) may donate.

• Spin limits: One spin per turn. If you choose a re-spin, your selected mode (Add totals / Best of two) will determine the final amount. Re-spin is limited to one (1) per donation.

• Finalization: After the re-spin (or if you skip it) the Donate button activates with your final amount. Payment completes your turn.

• Do-overs: If something glitches, refresh the page before paying. Once payment is submitted, donations are non-refundable except for duplicate charges or processing errors.

• Fees: Donors may optionally cover processing fees at checkout.

• Tax: Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; consult a tax professional.

• Privacy: We only capture basic event metrics (spin results, mode chosen) to improve the experience; personal payment details are handled by our checkout provider.
